2024 Calendar (scroll down for the calendar)

We race 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of the month (obviously not a lot of 5th Tuesdays :-))

We run gates/practice on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month

Racing
We race on the First, Third and 5th Tuesdays of the month.

Practice
The second and fourth Tuesday nights are gates/practice.

Racing: Sign-on 6.00pm-6.45pm, first gate drops at 7.00pm
Be prepared to get back on your bike. We run as fast as the riders can handle so we can all get home early.
No lollygagging around at WSBMX! :-)
There is generally a BBQ running so you can grab a sanga and a drink between races. Cash and Card both accepted at both sign-on and Canteen.

Fees
Mini-Wheeler $5.00
Everybody else $9.00
Family Cap (mum, dad, kids etc - $23.00)

Practice nights are a more relaxed affair. These nights gates start dropping at 6.30pm until 8.00pm.
There is generally a BBQ available so you can grab a snag and a drink while watching your kids, or feed the kids before you go home.
Fees: $4.00 per rider

We have amazing lighting so night racing is all the go at WSBMX.

Download our calendar and come join us. Entry Boss pre-entry (for racing) is the preferred method but we do accept both cash and card entries on the night.
If you pre-enter via Entry Boss you only have to come up to sign-on, roll your bike across the transponder mat to see the class you are entered in and check your details. If you have not pre-entered come and see the old bloke at sign-on - scan your licence on the scanner or just tell him your name because he has trouble remembering his own, let alone everyone else's :-)

Transponders
If you need to purchase a transponder we have them at the track. $75.00 for 1 year first up, then around $35.00 per year after that.
If you don't have a transponder you won't be scored and won't get any times, but that's up to you (note that at bigger events like State Rounds transponders are mandatory).
If you wish to renew your transponder online etc because it's run out you can do that on our internet.

Licences
You need a licence - simple as that. You can't ride with us unless your licence is valid (no matter what kind).
You can renew online on the spot (just show us the receipt email etc) - best done on your phone.
